Sufficient number of capsules, easy to swallow (small capusles), new product, so I'm still waiting for the full effect. they seem a little less potent than the previous manufacturer I was taking.

This mineral comes in smaller size capsules, each contain 5 miligrams of lithium orotate, which is an organic salt of lithium. The capsules have no smell of taste, I can swallow them easily. As I had grandma with dementia symptoms, I use it preventively following the recent discoveries from clinical studies, and don't need much of this ingredient. The container will last me a long long time. It's a nice practical package, I will surely repurchase, I hope it will benefit me in sustaining the quality of my memory and functioning in the old age.

I switched to this from KAL as KAL changed their formulation to no longer be 100% lithium orotate. I am not noticing any difference between the two. I like the big bottle and it's better value too.

Nice low level lithium seems to be helping. I take a lot of supplements so I’m never sure if it’s a combination of them all or really just a healthy lifestyle.

This is an early buy. Maybe it will protect against Alzheimer's. The price is okay so it is worth giving it a try. There could not really be any downside, but a potential upside.

Nothing bad to report. I’ve recently started a lot of new supplements and medications, so I can’t particularly say this has been incredibly beneficial or otherwise, as I wouldn’t be able to pinpoint it vs other intakes. However, I’ve had no bad symptoms or issues so it’s good!

I started taking these for memory. I also take Choline. I see an improvement in my short term memory, Hard to find in Canada so glad to get herbs from iherb. Easy ordering and fast shipping
