I used it for migraines with Magnesium and CoQ10. I have been using it for a few months. I noticed some improvement then I think it stopped working. I think the best is for you to try it yourself. The quality of ingredients is good. The size is very big.
Was using this (400mg/day) for migraine (it didn't help) but would've liked it in 200mg size to split the dose into two each day. The only other dose seems to be 100mg.

My neurologist recommended this to help with migraines along with magnesium. There has definitely been a reduction in the severity of migraines, although the frequency increased. Overall has helped though.
