First, I was wondering I hadn't feel any real effect (like from the sole lactobacteriae I could feel it for instant). Then, after 14 days of taking it, I started to feel quite good improvement. The product acts gently and cumulatively, and I think that after 30 days of taking it, there will be significant improvements. Moreover, such ingredient mix prebiotic+probiotic continues to build healthy microbiome for another two months after the course of taking it (30 days). And what is important, I do not feel severe bloating, which is a common problem when taking drugs of this type.
