this product Best Naturals 35 billion is great and seems to have been consistent so far, but I have kept it in the fridge since I got it, whether that makes a difference or not, I'm not 100% sure, but so far they are better than old probiotic I was using, which is a lot more expensive as well. so for less money you get a better result.
