I discovered I had a dairy allergy when at the age of 30 and I've been taking enzymes for a while but I was thankful to have found this bottle with a dosage of 9,000 for lactase separately from the rest dk the enzymes as sometimes I needed additional support. Great quality, quantity, ingredients in this product. I highly recommend it I barely eat dairy but when I do it makes my nose itchy and I start sneezing, too much and my face breaks out and it'll break out bad between my eyes then with soy I get upper respiratory issues of straight drainage for 5 hours and it's terrible. once I learned what my body reacts to and how it made it better to understand and manage

9000 units per tablet, 180 tablets! Its the best value for money! Finally I can enjoy dairy without worrying that I’ll finish my lactase pills pretty fast, I’m very intolerant and I need minimum 9000 units, with other brands being mostly 3000 units per pill, a full bottle would finish in 2 weeks, but with this one, one or two pills and everything is fine!
