I like the quality and ingredients. I can't say tasty, but it's acceptable good packaging

I picked up the Vanilla Creme casein from Rule One, and overall it's a pretty solid product, but I'm not a big fan of the taste. It's really sweet, super thick, and has that unmistakable artificial vanilla feeling. After a few shakes I got used to it, but it's still not the best-tasting casein I've had. On the bright side, it mixes extremely well with water. The macros are great too: it's 100% micellar casein with no added sugars, and it's certified by Informed Choice. Like most protein powders, it uses sucralose, and I'd personally prefer a cleaner sweetener. It also includes Xanthan and Cellulose gums, which can cause some bloating if you've got a sensitive stomach. All that said, it's a good and affordable slow-digesting protein to take before bed. I might try another flavor next time.

my and my wife's stomachs didn't like the chemical taste. also we had loose stool and lots of wind because of it - I guess it's general sensitivity to casein as a similar effect was with other brand's casein.

Taste is fine. Casein can be a bit concentrated for some. It is good as a night protein before bed time. Quality and amount of protein is ok too

This has a pleasant vanilla flavor and mixes well (I use a shaker cup). The protein in it is 100% casein and there is no added sugars. The product gluten free (no disclaimer about using shared production lines like some products that are still confusingly labeled "gluten free"). I like the fact that it comes in a larger size since it's something I use regularly. I wish it came in a bag instead of a tub, but that's the only complaint I have about it. Good quality and freshness.

I am just about to re order this having felt the benefit of using this protein powder for post operative healing It tastes great - I love the vanilla. Great quality - It mixes well with no lumps after shake-mixing. I only bought one (to try) but there's plenty in the pot. I'm very happy with the ingredients listed - having done a lot of research for the best product and at an affordable price for my intended use.

I actually purchased the Rule 1 brand when they were just starting out as a recommendation and try it price from a different website. I was so impressed by the quality ingredients, size of the package, and taste that a gave up my big name brand that has an even bigger price tag! I even buy it for my grandson who loves the vanilla and then chocolate for myself. If you don't know about Casein protein it is a slow burning protein that is perfect for anyone trying to gain muscle mass. We drink Rule 1 regular protein during the day and Rule 1 Casein protein before bed to help feed our muscles while we sleep. I can't recommendation this brand enough, it covers my must haves: quality, value, and taste!
