It tastes good and the texture is like making a milk-shake with cookies. You see the improvements on your body on the first week. But still it’s not that lactose friendly. I always take a lactase pill before having it and yet digestion is not that easy. I have a mild intolerance so it works for me. But my gf was not able to keep on having it, even with the lactase pill before. If you are not lactose intolerant or have a mild one like me, don’t think twice. This is the casein to choose!!!!

This is my default brand and flavor when I'm ordering casein protein. It's very thick if you mix it with water (but it mixes well, is not gritty), but I like to use it to mix into my oatmeal. I was finding that whey protein almost curdled in my oats (disgusting), but this does not, so I use it to easily add protein to my meal.
