I mix casein with whey at a ratio of 4:1. The 2 combined offer complete protein and the higher levels of casein does cut cravings, for me. I add my the 4:1 mix to a little milk, then use that as my coffee creamer. I drink my coffee through a straw, so I do get a bit of the grainy texture, from the undisputed casein settling at the bottom. It's not bad, though. Add a little almond extract, monk fruit drops, and cinnamon—delish!

This is my first experience with casein protein and I actually like it. It keeps me full for long time and unlike whey isolate doesn’t cause crazy insulin spikes and increased appetite. The taste is neutral, mixes very well with the Greek yogurt and gives it quite pleasant thick texture, also perfect to for the cheesecakes . To better dissolve with liquids, I stir in a couple of spoons of liquid first slowly adding more until the texture is creamy , then add the rest , or just use a blender cup :)

quality is great. the ingredients are very effective. and for the price its on point. i always prefer this brand. the dosage is also on point as needed and i felt the difference from the benefits. there is only light smell but no taste which is great. the quantity and pill size is on point

This Large tub of casein powder has lasted me 2 months. I use this at night to get my extra protein value in. You have to mix it really well or else its chalky tasting. I add it to frozen strawberries and water and blend.

Bought this a couple of times. High-quality product. Little bit of smell of milk which seems very natural to me. Ingredients are good. Casein is thicker than whey and I like this texture..

i Bought it for my parents (80s) so they can gain muscle or stop losing them. They take it before bed with magnesium (Doctor's Best, High Absorption Magnesium Powder, Sweet Peach) so far so good
