I combine about 15g of this with about 20g of whey in the mornings with a meal later in the day, or have a meal in the morning and this + whey (nutrabio or musclepharm) 3-4 hours later. Not really sure if it has a lot of benefit, but it mixes well with those other proteins and gives a nice thickness to the shake that i enjoy. I've bought it a few times now and I'll buy it again probably.

Been using this product and was surprise for the good taste, I feel its a bit sweet for my taste bud but the quality is good and easy to dissolve with milk. Hope they can reduce the package size for easy storage.
