I love this brand and its protein powders. Nevertheless I stopped taking whey protein powders in general, because they all taste too artificial. I rather get my protein from natural foods. But by all means, if you cannot deal with the hassle of cooking or simply want something quick, this is definitely a great choice. I usually opted for vanilla or chocolate. I tried Casein-FX because I wanted something slow absorbing. It does the job, tastes great and the quality is consistent.

1. First of all it was my mistake i haven't noticed sucralose as sweetener and it's not good at all. That's why 4 stars. 2. the taste is too sweet and not good at all but it's my own taste so still 4 stars 3. I am having night hypoglycemia and my nutritionist advised to try taking casein. It works. I take hslf spoon and my sugar level is almost stable all night 4. It makes you BLOAT. I have to take dairy digestives to reduce that.
