Bloat Relief, 30 Caplets

I have never had taken Midol before, but I needed something for my bloating. Midol alleviated pain and bloating. The size is not large so it is easy to swallow. Make aure to read the dosage label. There was no weird or after taste. Definitely worth the quality.

Just got these so only have taken them a few times so still trying them out. Quality is good, ingredients are good and pure with only Pamabrom for duietic effects. Size is small, dosage is perfect, benefits are also ok. Taste is nothing. This is worth getting if you need help losing some water weight.

Got this for husband, who occasionally gets bloated/gains a lot of water weight (I think it's from working out/lifting weights and maybe drinking too much plain water, but who knows), as it contains a diuretic. He said it didn't work any miracles, but did seem to help him shed the water faster than without and didn't cause any side effects, so we'll continue to have it on hand.

Excellent during PMS. It helps a lot with swelling. I liked this product.

Sometimes I have stomach pains, maybe because of chronic gastritis I can't eat all the products. After one pill the pains are quickly relieved. I'm glad I found this remedy.

These work very well removing excess water and the bloated feeling from your period or even after a salty meal. ano side effects...

These were okay but not great didn’t feel very different

My PMS bloating is pretty extreme, and regular Midol did nothing. Caffeine is the diuretic ingredient in regular Midol, and I've since learned that caffeine doesn't have much of a diuretic effect for people who consume it with any regularity (which I do, in coffee). Midol Bloat Relief uses Pamabrom, which I've found substantially reduces my bloating. It's not 100% gone, but that's fine. I'm much more comfortable, and I haven't noticed any side effects of any kind.

Midol has never worked for me it is like eating candy. Nothing. But Im desparate.
