I have not had my eyes dilated over 15 years because I do not want new eyeglasses nor an eyeglass prescription. Lutein has helped me tremendously along with Eyebright tea fir eyestrain. I thought someone had stolen my glasses at work and still am convinced that they did because I took them everyday. I cried for days because I had become attached to my glasses. I prayed to God for a miracle and 7 months later, I find them in the weirdest place. Near the washing machine and the only way that happened is because I pulled the drain hose out to move the washer and flooded my entire dining room. In the midst of a disaster was a miracle. I could not believe it but, lutein is also a miracle because I found out about from reading an article about it while looking for other information. I looked into my cabinet and realized I had an expired bottle of lutein and I took them anyway. I still noticed the impact in my vision without my glasses on. I did not even realize that I was not wearing them most of the time so, this is some great stuff.

in this day and age of eye fatigue due to non stop computer use this is an absolute must for your vision and comfort of eyes. Improvements to focusing and comfort are apparent. packaging and taste are good. size is very easy to swallow and the quality of ingredients is top.

The capsule is a good size, easy to drink. I open it for the kids and add into food. Will see how it works long term. Not a medical advise - from what I understand apparently lutein is super safe and even sometimes included in baby formula products.

The size (packaging) is just for a good course, you don't need to drink it longer. It affects vision, the eye sees better. The improvement of vision is primarily the main advantage. If a computer or phone is your companion at work, I advise you to drink lutein. It containes carotenoid and it has no taste so its easy to mix with food or drink.
