This Tapioca Starch/Flour is clearly of the highest quality and offers a variety of good uses in the kitchen. Anything that needs some elasticity and thickness in the sauce or flour will greatly profit from this product. I used it for my vegan cheese sauce today and it was incredible how close the texture and consistency was to the real deal. The taste is neutral and the size of the bag is good for many uses. Definitely recommended!

I have celiac, so I appreciate flours that don't contain any gluten. This tapioca starch works great as a thickener for things like soups or gravies, or as a binder for things like salmon patties. It's also a super important ingredient in pao de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread.)

Packaging is safe and easy to store. Benefit is that it improves structure in gluten-free baking. Composition fits into gluten-free and grain-free diets. Serving depends on recipe (measured by tablespoons). I use it regularly.

I like to use this ingredient to toss my tofu in. It is great as I am GF corn free, and this is a good quality product to replace corn starch without compromising taste.
