I like to consume a variety of whole grains and was happy to add Bob's sorghum to the pantry. It has hearty texture and nutty flavor, which makes for a welcome change of pace from rice, quinoa and buckwheat. I had no trouble cooking it in my rice cooker. Sure, it takes a little longer to cook, but that makes no difference to me. Will buy again.
My partner loves this. He is trying to add more fiber to his diet and is seeing if this will impact his blood sugar less than normal popcorn. So far he really likes it and it is a fun treat for him. It is a bit tricky to make because not all of the kernels pop but he still eats them. We haven't tried making it any other way yet, but so far he likes the tiny popcorns this makes!
I like the MILLET better than the sorghum. Make it sometimes to use as a dinner side dish instead of rice. Also can be used as a cereal and I add a little brown sugar for taste.
Bob's Red Mill is the only place that sells whole grain sorghum, as far as I know. It's delicious, and it's high in insoluble fiber, which is great for my delicate gut. I do wash it four times before cooking it, though, because it's a little dusty, and cook it in a pressure cooker to reduce cooking time.

I like this product. I let it soak and then make porridge from it. The only downside is that it takes longer to cook, but it tastes good
Great taste and quality. We combine this with millet, steel cut oats, and buchwheat groats to make a creamy, warming breakfast porridge. My gut microbiom loves all the fiber!
Is and does what it says on the pack. Takes a little bit of getting used to in terms of getting the right texture but a good product.

Very good quality. Excellent size. Reusable packaging. After cooking, it is better not to leave excess cooking water. Because it will turn into porridge. I prefer a shorter cooking time to the al dente level.
