Love the steel cut oats because they taste so good. It's easy to cook and I know it's a good product because it's Bobs Red Mill.

The healthiest way to have oats, plus less expensive than individual packets, yet still uber- easy to prepare. I prepare four servings at a time in a saucepan with oatmilk instead of water-- no mess, no fuss, cooks perfectly while I spend a few minutes tidying kitchen or making coffee.

First time trying Bob's Red Mill still cut oats. Initially I cooked them in a pot following the instructions on the package. It wasn't easy and kept sticking to bottom of the pot. You have to constantly mix it and then it was too firm. Soaking the oats overnight helps a lot. I found using a slow cooker the easiest. The taste is a bit bland on it's own but you can easily add fruit or honey. Healthy breakfast.
