This is the best way I take magnesium, it's quite calming for me before going to sleep, portions and ratios are great, a lot of servings in it and the taste is fine, I think it has helped regulate my hormones but it took a while like everything does.

I feel the benefit to my health, especially my sleep and overall I’m feeling more relaxed. No muscle spasms too. My joints feel great.
It has a bit of a sweet taste which is ok. Good value for the product. Can be mixed in water. Sometimes leaves a residue and doesn't mix completely.
Helps to get rid of tics, leg spasm, insomnia. This product is "must have" for people who live in a constant stress. When we are getting nervous we are loosing lots of magnesium with our urine. Lack of this mineral leads to many health issues. The quality of this one is real.
