I tested this product with my child and noticed a positive change—he seems much more relaxed, especially on school days. At the start of the school year, he tended to be moody and irritable, but this product helped ease that. However, the magnesium it contains is not the most effective form for supporting the nervous system, so I believe the main calming benefits come from the chamomile and lemon balm extracts. My only concern is the high price point, which I feel is not fully justified for affordable products like camomile and lemon balm extract. For that reason, I rated it four stars instead of five.

The strawberry flavor is kid-approved, and the gummies are easy to chew. Magnesium is known for helping relaxation and sleep, though every child responds differently.
