Made really delicious soy yogurt with this! Just 1 capsule to one litre of milk. I am getting more bang for my buck by culturing more bacteria in yogurt. One capsule now lasts me 2 weeks in the form of yogurt! Awesome stuff!
These are the BEST probiotics you could ever buy. These probiotics are my HOLY GRAIL. I suffer from one of the worst digestive systems.
