I was trying to find a supplement with Meriva, because it has high absorption ability and doesn’t contain black pepper which can be an issue for those with histamine issues. Benefits are lowering inflammation and reduction in pain. So far I’ve only found thorne and this brand selling Meriva. I also chose this one since it contains Phosphatidyl Choline that is Soy-Free.

I read variable sources which recommend Meriva turmeric. This product is an excellent blend of turmeric, vitamin C and MSM all in highly absorbable form. It has no other ingredients whatsoever and is of high quality. Taking it I no longer have joint pain. I also feel improvement of digestion.
