I was concerned about the aluminum content of A&H baking soda. This tastes smoother than A&H. I like that it's third-party tested. I'm more inclined to think it's heavy metal-free than A&H. The influencer I follow influenced me to get this. I don't regret it and I will be buying again in the future.
