So this is more like a crepe batter than pancake. They tasted great - but that’s about it. Even after following the instructions and letting the batter rest for 10 minutes it never truly thickened. I had to add another cup of dry batter (and let it sit again) to make it thick enough to pour on the skillet. Due to its semi-liquid nature the pancake sizes were weird and flat. Instead of 5-10 fluffy pancakes, I got 15 small and flat ones. Don’t think I’ll be buying this again.

This is my favorite brand of Anything!!! And this mix is the best. If you have ever made pancake mix muffins...this makes the best! It also makes amazing waffles and pancakes. Try it with their syrups. I love the blueberry maple syrup with the waffles and pancakes made with this mix.
