I have always been on the lookout for a good probiotics because of my sensitive tummy. I used a lor of brands already but this brand stands out. It maybe pricey than others i tried but this proves to be effective on my gut. The quality is to be trusted. Size just right and good ingredients. Good for digestion and it’s benefit is awesome!

I experimented with Dr.Ohhira regular probiotics and found some relief from IBS.I was curious to try the professional strength as it was stronger and did notice something happening as I increased dose to 2 caps at a time.Probiotics take some time to take root and patience as well as experimenting is necessary as every body is unique.
after reading several reviews and since the ingredients list seems interesting, I've decided to try. I've been combining fem probiotics , mood probiotics and this one and I've managed to stabilize some of my IBS. Really like the capsule sizes. I haven't felt a diff between this and the other probiotics by this brand.
