I had a hard time reviewing these as they arrived in the middle of the summer and sat in my extremely hot mailbox for a day or two before I realized they were there. I took some but didn't notice any benefit I'm certain the heat destroyed some of the microbes. definitely frustrated with how they arrived but that's not I herbs problem.
I was looking for an analog to a European-made probiotic that is impossible to buy in the US and found one. It has all the necessary ingredients and some extras. I take it once a day in the morning and it helps my digestion. No side effects or unpleasant taste.
