This has no taste and it’s easy to dose. We haven’t seen any actual benefits except more frequent trips to loo haha, but overall seems like good quality and easy to use product with one solid ingredient - magnesium . I like that the packaging is solid and easy to use.
The quality of this magnesium seems to be great. I purchased it to help with my teenage child who started getting twitches. I'd give it to him before going to sleep. I would let him sleep as long as he needed in the morning as well as chiropractic adjustments and the twitches have almost completely subsided. It is also helpful with joint and muscle pain when growing so fast.
This supplement has a very high quality and pure ingredients. It has been very beneficial for my child who used to have shuddering attacks probably due to a lack of magnesium. Moreover, her sleep has improved very much thanks to this product. We have been using it for more than 1.5 years and are very satisfied. She drinks it in her milk and has never complained of its taste. Please give this review a like if you found it useful.
Good magnesium powder, but the kids won’t take it, the taste is horrible. For kids is better another one with flavor
I have been using them for a few weeks and I can't say any bad words so far. Haven't seen any difference so far, but I'm sure it's good for my health. It doesn't taste like anything,. This supplement has good ingredients, high quality, great benefits for my health
Some of the review mentioned the package is too big, and I totally agree. Powder was filled only less than half of the can, so it is even hard to scoop. I chose this because it was easy to use e.g. mix with yogurt or peanuts butter, so that I don't have to give a tablet or gummy type of thing to my kiddo. For that purpose it is good, but I really wish they have more powder in this big can.
The kids don’t love this hard to get them to take it, it has no taste and is really weird and bland to use
Oh I loved this product. I could not give magnesium to my baby because of the taste, she would refuse but with this products it was different. The powder has no taste so she drinks it with water
