I always had a BIG appetite since I was a kid, and for the first time at almost 40 years old, I can eat and actually feel full after eating a "normal" size plate... sometimes much, much less. I have had no tummy issues with this, no bloating, diarrea, etc., However, my sister (GAG WARNING) started pooping something she describes as green and horribly plastic smelling for one whole week. We think it is the junk she had always had inside of her, intoxicating her, and this has helped her expel it. After pooping everything out, she felt lighter and her depression was almost all gone. Quality wise, this definitely works. Ingredients are superb.

this is really good and important to have as prebiotics for my gut health. it is good for fibre and digestion for our gut microbiome. Good absorption and good benefit for constipation or indigestion. I started using this probiotic after reading Dr. Mercola's recommendation. I usually don't take probiotics, but for after taking antibiotics . This strain is very beneficial for populating gut with healthy microbes and it can even help with reducing belly fat. I took two jars with a slight pause, as I ran out of the product. Perhaps I will take 2 jars more after some time in future. It is not cheap, but worth a try.
