Anyone with a sluggish bowel should have this product at their disposal. You cannot rid toxins or maintain a healthy immune or lymphatic system if you can't empty the trash. Take as directed, drink pure (or distilled) water and give yourself time to let it work, which it will!
When nothing else works, this one actually does. Start with recommended dosage and if no results just add one capsule at a time per night before bed. Drink good amount of Water.

I like this product and believe it has quality ingredients. I first bought this product when I needed to get a colonoscopy. I used it in conjunction with the prep. I believe this product cleaned me out better than the prep as I heard from others who used only the prep that the doctor commented that they weren't totally cleaned out. I was told that I was cleaned out.
