Overall, I'm pleased with the product's effectiveness in addressing my iron deficiency.

I initially chose this brand due to the amount of iron it offered, along with the addition of vitamin C and copper. I have taken iron in the past and would experience stomach cramping, so I had started taking VitaNica brand which had 25mg iron with vitamin C and that really helped and I did not experience pain. I've taken this one a few times now and I have experienced stomach cramping unfortunately, possibly due to the higher content of iron (45mg). I will continue taking and see if maybe taking with food will help as I feel I need a higher content of iron and vitamin C helps with absorption, and this brand meets that for me.
