So far, I have done 3 months worth of the Pendulum Akkermansia probiotic and at the start I didn't notice any overt changes. After this, I switched over to the GLP-1 product and am on month 2 of using this, overall month 5 of taking a probiotic consistently. I have been extremely regular and feel that this product is making a positive difference in my gut health. That being said, I will continue to take it in order to see the long-term effects.

This GLP-1 probiotic claims to help curb cravings, but its effects on night eating syndrome (NES) are minimal. While it does support gut health, I didn’t notice significant appetite regulation. It might work better for general digestion, but for NES, the results are underwhelming. Worth trying, but expectations should be tempered.

The size of the package is small compared to my expectation. However this supplement is so powerful. Its benefits are so many like healthy gut digestion and controlling appetite. It removes any constipation and ofcourse it has no taste. Easy to absorb
