On the first day, I drank two capsules. I haven't slept all night, everything in my stomach was seething. It seems that the bad bacteria left, and the good ones came in))) The next day I decided to drink only one capsule. There were no side effects. I've been drinking for a week (one capsule twice a day, during meals), I did not even expect that everything could return to normal. Why didn't I find this drug earlier? I ordered another one. I've tried many probiotics, mainly cheaper ones, but since my stomach problems got more severe I tried this. I'm glad I purchased it because it did help in my digestion a lot. I'm taking a break to try another brand but I know this is something I could go back to for results.
