Absolutely Full, 120 Capsules

I’m on my second bottle of Absolutely Full and it really works for controlling my appetite. I don’t feel the urge to overeat, and my cravings have gone way down. The scale hasn’t changed much, but my clothes says otherwise. I went from XL to a medium-large. I feel lighter, less bloated, and more in control of my eating. Works best with 2 capsules about an hour before lunch or dinner. Drink lots of water, it really helps and reduces sugary cravings.

I recently received this and wanted to leave a review because I tried a different product with glucomannan but it was not the Luralean type. That previous product gave me so much stomach pain even taken as directed, and I ended up throwing them away. I was hesitant to try these but I am so happy I did - they promote a fullness feeling with no bloating or stomach cramps. I have ordered sodium butyrate to combine with these and I expect I will have great results. I love iherb! I am in Canada and it is hard to find some products here; but they are always on iherb. ***update-I have ordered a second bottle of this and it is amazing when combined with sodium butyrate and phenylalanine(in my experience). I have less hunger and more energy and have easily dropped a few pounds in the past 3 weeks.

You can’t beat the quality and benefits from this product! I have used this product before and have seen incredible results! Good ingredients and you can not taste anything. The size is quite large capsules but goes down easy with cold water. Dosage is 2 tablets! I like that the product is true to what it claims! Highly recommend!!!

I was quite amazed how this kept me full for hours. The size of the capsule is easy to swallow and the dosage is reasonable. It has no taste and gives the benefit as stated. I take this alternatively with an appetite suppressant, also from I herb ofc, and it had helped me fit into a jeans i could not wear. Quality of this one is good.
