I have found this Bupleurum Liver Cleanse to be a very effective liver detoxer. When starting on them, in order to avoid feeling worse before feeling better, I started with 1 pill twice daily and then work up to 2 pills twice daily. I wanted to give my body time to process everything that was being released from my liver. I also added a binder. I have seen good results with this product and will buy it again.
