It took about a week for me to feel the benefits: better digestion, same energy increase as with Reishi single dose and seems to be fighting off viruses when everyone around is getting ill.
I bought this because of the claim that it's soil-based. But then I'm not sure if it's actually working. I switch back and forth to my old probiotics because that one helps with my digestion better. I like Ohhira Probiotics because it already has prebiotics and postbiotics and the difference is stark.
Nice probiotic I like the ingredients with a dose of beta glucans (mushrooms) . Took it for gut health after being on antibiotics
I am taking various probiotic products. The strains are good and the quality is good. I like the organic ones. The size is small and the packaging is good. I don't get the signal right away after taking it, but I can feel the digestive process being comfortable.
I have constipation and since taking them regularly my bowel movement has improved. Would recommend.
