I've been having leaky gut issues and bloat after almost every meal. ChatGPT suggested I order this brand to help and it really has! I take 2 capsules a few minutes before every meal.
I couldn't find this much comprehensive ingredients altogether in Australia.By help of chatgpt I've found this in order as we age digestive enzymes slow down or lesser in stomach.That cause a gut and intestinal issues by time.The xomposition is relly good.I started to use it this week so it is so early to tell if it's effective or not but seems good quality with the ingredients.
I like to combine this with my Thorne Pancreatic Enzymes for a diverse coverage of enzyme types along with the super potency of the Thorne enzymes. I use one of each unless the meal is more complex with more protein and fat. I then add another one of whichever enzyme combination seems most appropriate based on content of the meal.
Was recommended these by my dietitian and find them very useful to help digestion, especially with lunch, as it is my biggest meal of the day. They make me feel less bloated, even with simpler foods like chicken and roasted veggies.

I’ve ordered these enzymes pretty frequently and I must say they work pretty well with digesting proteins, veggies etc.. I like the fact they are small. I don’t do well with animal bases enzymes these are plant based

I took this when I was pregnant and had serious indigestion. I liked that it didn't have any ingredients that could cause uterine cramps.
This product personally was average. I was trying to find something to help with bloating, and a feeling of feeling of feeling very full after eating. I believe it helped a bit, but not enough for the high price.
