we love this product. excellent quality. it's Ingredient is effective for my allergy. I've purchased this from here for 2x already, and soon, I will order another one again. just before my supply finishes. the size is ok, but I wish there was a bigger one. the dosage recommended to me by my physician is to take it 2-3x a day. good benefit. taste good .

this is a good quality supplement. The size is pretty small taking it before food or even with food is fine. I just found that it made me kind of energetic a little bit more awake which is interesting I’m assuming that’s because it’s pea powder which take note of that. Smell is interesting it doesn’t have an aftertaste. benefit is that you’ll be feeling a bit more clearheaded less digestive upset from histamine things also, the dosage is great.
I ordered to see if I am having histamine reactivity maybe due to my "age" lol. Hard to tell if it works since my symptoms may be casued by other things. I can say that the pills are easy to sawllow, have no flavor, and this brand was approved by consumerlabs. no side effects for me and I do feel like I feel better when I take it.

Good quality, I take it before every meal if histamine heavy. I didn't notice any taste, size of pill is good enough for swallowing. Dosage is preferably before every meal but I take it on the heaviest histamine loaded if I can't avoid it to reep the most benefit.
