Iron Chelate From Ferrochel®, 18 mg, 240 Capsules

I researched iron a lot on Examine and how best to take it, and in short of verifying anything with a blood test, I've came to the conclusion that I barely ate any iron-containing foods, at least not in the right amounts. What's more, is that this mineral is purposefully missing from most multivitamins, since it would "steal" absorption from them, so it's best taken separately with another meal (I incorporated it into my afternoon, lower-priority stack, connected to dinner/lunch). The amount is actually pretty good, and you'd take into account that not ALL gets absorbed anyway. I combine it with a likewise 240-count Vitamin C in the stack as they complement each other very well. Anything I've bought from this brand was just fine, despite the name suggesting "budget" I don't see where the cost-cutting is. Perfectly fine!
