Probiotic Complex, >1 Billion CFU, 60 Capsules

I had a lot of trouble getting weight off even though I barely had 500 calories a day around late afternoon, I was rarely hungry.. I read on a group that different probiotics are needed for women after a certain age and after menopause, especially if you have had kids.. anyhoo I got a few different recommended ones to see how I went along with a few other natural vitamins and the weight is coming off.. I also tried low to no carbs and low to no sugar foods and drinks too.. fat content and calories mean nothing, only those two things.. which I have in the past tried too with no results, but this time the probiotics seem to be making a difference.. thank goodness..I will be copy and pasting this to the other things I tried too which I think all help..

Good size, easy to swallow. No adverse side effects. I can't really say how the quality is because there isn't any way to confirm that but so far it seems good.

These probiotics are mild and effective, helping maintain digestive comfort without causing bloating. The formula is straightforward and works well for everyday use. That said, I wish it had a wider range of strains for a more comprehensive effect. Still, a good daily supplement for gut health.
