I have been taking this supplement together with iron tablets for better iron absorbtion for about a month now. I have not tested neither my iron nor ferritin level during this month but I do feel I have more energy lately and sleep better at nights so I assume the supplement works.

I bought several supplements from this brand including NAD , omega-3, B-complex, and collagen. The products arrived well packaged and sealed properly. The quality looks good, and everything matches the description. I’m still in the process of using them, but so far I’m satisfied with the ingredients and overall quality. Easy to take and no issues so far. I will update my review after longer use.
Adding this to me protocol, hoping it will work well along side my other sups, have not yet tested but from research it should be beneficial, size isn’t too large to swallow, dosage is good to spread throughout the day one in the morning and one at night, quality

I recently learned my ferritin levels were low. I have had difficulty tolerated iron supplements, so my naturopath suggested I give Lactoferrin a try. So far, so good I think. I'll retest my iron blood panel after a few more months of taking the lactoferrin.
I didn't feel that much benefit from it. It doesn't seem to have improved my ferritin levels. I didn't fall sick while using it, though.
Great immune support and overall wellness booster! This supplement is gentle on the stomach and easy to digest. I appreciate that it comes in vegetable capsules with a clean, additive-free formula. After consistent use, I feel fewer signs of fatigue, and my digestion seems more balanced as well.
With this I'm relying on the scientific studies... can't yet tell if there are health benefits for me. I've nothing negative to say about the product quality.
