It's completely organic; the ingredient list only includes "organic coconut," with no unnecessary additives, making it very safe to eat. What surprised me most was its "ultra-fine" texture. The powder is incredibly fine and even, requiring no sifting. It can be directly mixed with almond flour or other low-gluten flours, resulting in incredibly soft and fluffy waffles, pancakes, and muffins without any rough texture. However, the sealing strip on the packaging isn't very reliable.

I recently changed over from some of my usual flours to almond and coconut flour! They are supposed to be healthier and easier on the digestion! The ingredients are of the highest quality and are bagged in a handy size to measure out! This product could be used in many recipes and is a healthy addition to most people's diets!
