CoQ10 + Nattokinase, 60 Veggie Caps

Despite my review title, this was not exactly a 'Trial' order, but rather an opportunity for me to try Nattokinase while also including a dose of CoQ10. I have been taking smaller doses of CoQ10 for some time as supplementation on hypothesis that another supplement may be depleting it somewhat, which is likely the case since when I am not taking the other supplement, I can only tolerate about 50mg/day of CoQ10 before getting occasional bouts of lightheadedness. Thus the CoQ10 portion is simply an alternative replacement. The nattokinase does seem to improve peripheral circulation for me though, particularly in the feet and toes, which was the primary purpose of my 'trial'.

I'm a little unsure about this mix, because less than 200 of Co Q10 has no terapeutic effect, so you must take two - and since I take Natto K2 too, I'm afraid I get too much natto - if that's possible.
