This is too strong. I took these for 7 days and I felt horrible. It even made my skin breakout. I wish I could get a refund as they are so expensive. I’ll stick to a better probiotic that doesn’t harm me, either a better value.
I have severe eczema. The ingredients themselves contain probiotics that I'm lacking (I've had my gut bacteria tested), but perhaps 50 billion CFU is too little, as it had little effect. I took two capsules a day, but it neither helped with regular bowel movements nor reduced my eczema. Plus, it wasn't cheap. I wouldn't recommend it.
I haven't tried it yet, I ordered it because of the review, I hope it's good and will do the job.
