The best on the market! Everything I make with this flour, from cookies to cakes, no one can tell its Gluten Free! My only recommendation is do not use any Gluten Free flour past the due date because the texture of your goods will not be consistent. Tends to not 'rise' or gets crumbly dry.
This GF flour looks and feels like wheat flour so it has the right texture for baking and doesn't tint the color of baked goods .
