KETO cooking

I really like this flour. As a KETO dieter I was so happy to find this one. I can use it for creeps and for baking and for breading the cutlets. Lots of recipes to use it for. So universal and lightweight. It doesn’t have any prominent taste, which i really like.

Not so functional comparing to traditional flour.

I have tried using this flour in recipes where I usually use the normal flour, and it did not really work that well. I think the flour has very different consistency and Kaizen should offer more recipes on their website, there is only one recipe for pizza crust. For now I really don’t know how to use this flour but it’s really good coz it’s low carb.

Like it

I use this to make protein pancake/muffin to eat as a pre-workout breakfast. I like how it’s a great macro-friendly fiber boost to any recipe. There definitely is an earthy “bean-y” taste but I kind of like it.

Great high protein low carb flour

It was a little challenging to get used to baking with it since I preferred to make sour dough breads and yeast doesn't really have anything to feed of this flour but it makes a decent soda bread. I'm pretty happy about the low carb and high protein content. It's my go to replacement ingredient now when I'm craving bread or tortillas (in combination with psyllium husk and a little almond flour) while staying on a rather low carb diet.

lupin

This is a must ingredient for most of gluten-free cakes which I make them and they turned out absolutely delicious. Obviously my diet not tolerates gluten in it anymore so this presented flour is part of my culinary recipes. I like this specific brand because of their ethics and they always on my choices top.

Surprisingly versatile flour with a clean scent and great results

I wasn’t sure what to expect when trying this lupin flour, but it quickly became a staple in my kitchen. The first thing I noticed was how mild and clean the smell is compared to other alternative flours. There’s no overpowering scent, which makes it much easier to work with in both sweet and savory recipes. The quality feels consistent throughout the entire package, with a fine texture that mixes well without clumping. The size is generous too, so it lasts a while even with regular use. I’ve been using it for baking and even experimenting with low-carb wraps, and the results have been surprisingly good. Another thing I appreciate is how well it fits into a more mindful diet. The benefit of having a high-protein, low-carb option like this really adds flexibility to meals without sacrificing taste or texture. Overall, it’s a solid product that shows attention to detail in both quality and packaging. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking to upgrade your baking ingredients.

Healthy Choice!

I love Kaizen products and Kaizen, Lupin Flour is among my favorite choices. It is a high-protein, low-carb flour alternative. It is also excellent to use for baking or pasta. It has a slightly nutty taste but the fact that it has a very low glycemic impact makes it a healthy choice.
