no taste, and does helps to clear the gut the next day without much effort. not sure about weight control effect.

It’s early to tell if long term use improves my gut biome, but I feel less bloated after meals, so I’m really hopeful that this is the one that I’ve been missing. I’ll keep you posted!

Studies said taking just this for 8 weeks helped with up to 8 lbs of weight loss. I don't weigh myself but I am no longer able to eat the same volume of food I was eating a month ago. I see the doctor in August so I will find out what I weigh in five weeks. Body composition is the priority for me. I am hoping the new doctor has an advanced scale to measure body fat and muscle. If she doesn't I will use mine.

So far so good. I am not yet one month. Nothing extraordinary yet to report. I guess it’s doing what it supposed to do. I have no reactions or side effects at all.

The size isn't bad, and the quality is good. The ingredients seem good too. First of all, it helps with bowel movements. It seems to be absorbed quickly.

I've tried other brands before, and the gasseri variety helped me control my weight well (along with exercise and diet). I just started using this brand, and I think it's of similar quality and benefits.
