I took the course but didn't notice any difference. Maybe it didn't affect my body.

I thought this would be as good as my other bpc supplement. All it did was give me migraines, I did not really feel the effect. I had to stop it, and I find all supplements from this brand to be massively overpriced.

Middle-aged, with osteoarthritis in arch of foot diagnosed in 20's. Chronic pain at times, limiting movement, stuck on couch and crawling at worst. Can lead to chronic back pain due to limp messing with my hip then lower back. 2 weeks after taking this, pain was gone, walked up a hill to a lookout by the ocean, thought I was going to be on the couch the next day, and nothing. As far as i can tell this is only brand that sells BPC on iherb. I trust them and have noticed many time that they provide quality ingredients. I would say I noticed the most benefits in my digestive health.
