These seem to be working really well with my Glp-1 injection. I haven't had issues with nausea. Constipation is less but I also have to drink a lot of water with them, about 3 litres a day.
It's good value for money, and I've been taking it for a while now and it feels great. You need to stick with dietary supplements.
