Jovial Wheat Berries - Just Delicious
These wheat berries cook up great in a rice maker. They stay crunchy and have a nutty flavor. Finish with a knob of butter to enhance the flavor. I like to blend the wheat berries with brown rice for added texture. I also dice veggies, broccoli carrots, onions and peas and sauté them in olive oil and then add them to the wheat berries and rice for a delicious fried rice side dish.

This is one of my favorite nutritionally loaded whole grains in my grain rotation both in terms of flavor, quality, and versatility. This is a highly recommended brand by many. I often use it in my Buddha bowls, or simply as a side for wild salmon. The package, unfortunately, is small. I would prefer purchasing in a larger size which usually lowers cost (but who knows today).
