Khorasan Wheat AKA Kamut is OK
Where else are you going to get khorasan wheat? iHerb has it along with a lot of other Shiloh Farms products. I eat it for breakfast mixed with other flaked grains--cooked, or soaked overnight in the fridge. Perfection.

Ancient Grain KAMUT!!
My preference for grain products is ancient grains ... This is my oat replacement ... I use it to make porridge, cookies, granola, muesli ... Great chewy texture and much better for the gut ... Shiloh Farms is a good company imho ...
