I am new to spelt....so far I have made oatmeal cookies swapping out about half the oats for spelt....they came out great and did the same with overnight oats, also great. Taste good! Very happy!!
Very heart healthy. Great fiber, protein and nutrients. Easy to digest and palate pleasing.
This cooks really nice. I soak overnight, dump out the soak water and make it.
These are great for when I get bored from having oats every day. They cook very fast - definitely less that the stated 25-20 minutes, more like 5-10 minutes.
