I searched high and low for a carob product with minimal, clean ingredients and I found it in this carob powder. It's a great option when you're substituting chocolate and coffee like me.
This is a decent quality (no added ingredients), but iherb was out of stock so had to order a different brand this last order. Would definitely order again. I was pleased with the flavor and the overall appearance.
Good substitute for the sugar off the shelf chocolate mixes that are not healthy! I mix this with local honey for hot chocolate, good stuff:)
this was a good price is a good product, but not quite as tasty as another brand of carob.
Very nice carob. I have used it so far to make cookies. I will consider other uses -- I've even read about savory dishes like mole that can incorporate it. Tastes a lot like a fancy brand of carob that my parents used to get in the 1980s, which is a good thing.
