This Vitacost tapioca flour is hands down the best value for the money. The quality is comparable to Bobs, but the size and cost make it a much better value. The packaging is sometimes covered in tapioca dust though which makes me think the packaging isn’t quite a solid.

My favorite tapioca flour
This is such a good ingredient in gluten free bread, it makes it chewy, not crumbly. I use it in my Golden Pancakes, also called protein pancakes, it makes the texture optimal. The cottage cheese and eggs provided the protein, but the tapioca flour make the texture amazing. I also use it in Brazilian cheese bread balls.
